Our service

Nebula provides Minecraft server hosting. We are a brand-new host: plans and pricing are still being finalised and will be published on our Pricing page before you are asked to pay for anything.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have a parent or guardian manage your account on your behalf.

Your server and content

• You are responsible for the content, mods, and plugins you run on your server, and for what happens on it.
• You agree to follow Mojang/Microsoft’s Minecraft End User License Agreement in addition to these Terms.
• You must not use our service for anything illegal, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to other systems.

Payment and billing

We do not currently take payments through this site. When plans go live, pricing and billing terms will be shown to you at checkout and you will need to agree to them before purchasing.

Cancellation

You can stop using our service at any time. Specific cancellation and refund terms will be published alongside our pricing once it is finalised.

Service availability

We aim to keep servers fast and online, but we do not currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage or service level.

Intellectual property

The Nebula name, logo, and website content belong to us. You keep ownership of your own worlds, builds, and server content.

Reporting a problem

If you believe a server hosted on Nebula is breaking these Terms or infringing your rights, contact us and we will look into it. We may suspend or remove content or servers that violate these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our service for anyone who violates these Terms. You may stop using our service at any time.

Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Nebula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our service develops. We will change the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Nebula after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
