This Privacy Policy explains what information Nebula ("we", "us", "our") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Nebula is a brand-new Minecraft server hosting service, so this policy will grow as our service does.

Information you provide directly, for example when you use our contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send us, plus anything optional you choose to include such as a server address or topic.
Information we collect automatically: currently none. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies on this website. If that changes in the future, for example once a customer control panel is available, we will update this policy to explain what is collected and why.

- To operate, maintain, and improve this website and our service.
- To communicate with you about your account or server, once accounts exist.
Cookies
We do not currently set cookies on this site. If we introduce features that require them, such as signing in to a control panel, we will update this section to describe what they do and how you can control them.

Our Discord invite and any other outbound links take you to services we do not control. Once you leave our site, that service’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, if we start using an email or support tool), or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete it.
Children’s privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as Nebula grows. We will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
